Once your quality management system (QMS) has been established and certified by a notified body, it must be maintained to ensure continued compliance with applicable standards. Merrell & Company will work with you to maintain and continually improve the quality management system you worked so diligently to implement.

Internal audits serve as a method by which the data necessary to determine the level of compliance and effectiveness of your QMS is objectively obtained. After your QMS has been implemented, notified bodies require that your internal audits procedure be followed, and will look for objective evidence of internal audits being conducted.

Because internal auditors shall not audit their own work, many companies acquire the services offered by Merrell & Company to meet their internal auditing requirements. Merrell & Company will conduct a fair, objective assessment of your QMS, and will prepare all the necessary records for review by your notified body.
